DF90 (Ultra-Low-Pressure High Desalination Nanofiltration Membrane)

The DF90 (Ultra-Low-Pressure High Desalination Nanofiltration Membrane), can remove hardness, heavy metals, sulfate, nitrate, chloride, fluoride and can effectively remove PPCPs, EDCs, micro organic pollutants, bacterial and virus. It is featured with low operating pressure, high permeated flow and high recovery rate. The project is one of the significant achievements in Major Science and Technology Program for Water Pollution Control and Treatment during “the Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, and it has been selected as the Major Environmental Protection Equipment Encouraged by the State and the First Major Technology and Equipment Demonstration Project in Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone. In addition, it has been awarded with multiple awards, such as the Beijing New Technology and New Products, the National Strategic Innovative Products and the National Key New Products, as well as the China Excellent Patent Award, the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Ministry of Education , the Second Prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award ,etc.

Advantage

High retention rate: High removal rate for hardness, heavy metals, micro organic pollutants, bacteria and viruses;

High recovery rate: The water recovery rate of the system reaches as high as 85%, and is above 10% higher more than the traditional low-pressure RO membrane;

Low operation pressure: The system's operating pressure is 0.4~0.7MPa and is above 30% lower than the traditional low-pressure RO membrane;

Low operation cost: Long cleaning period, less drug consumption and less maintenance cost.

Notes: (1) The permeated flow has ±15% fluctuations according to the actual condition;
            (2) Test conditions: 2,000 ppm NaCl or MgSO₄, 70 psi (0.48MPa), 25℃ , pH=7.5~8.0, recovery rate of 15%.
