MBRU(Membrane Bioreactor Unit)

The MBR(Membrane Bioreactor)technology is one of the main technologies for implementing the national strategies of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction and Wastewater Reclamation in China. The MBRU(Membrane Bioreactor Unit) in the latest generation, adopting slot-type gas collecting pulse aeration technology and three-position water collecting technology, is one of the significant achievements in Major Science and Technology Program for Water Pollution Control and Treatment during “the 12th Five-Year Plan”. Due to its world-class performance, it has been selected as The Major Environmental Protection Equipment Encouraged by the State and National Torch Plan Project, and it has been successively awarded with science and technology awards, such as the National Key New Products, the National Strategic Innovative Products, the National Key Practical Technology for Environmental Protection, the National Innovation Products, the Champion Single Product in Manufacturing Industry, as well as the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Ministry of Education and the Second Prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award and etc.

Advantage

High effluent quality: Uniform membrane pore size distribution, high filtration precision, effluent turbidity lower than 1NTU;

Low operation energy consumption: Due to slot-type gas collecting pulse aeration and three-position water collecting technology, the energy consumption by air-sweeping is 0.13kW·h/m³ based on product water;

Strong fouling resistance: Due to the special cross-sectional structure with gradient network, the fouling resistance is improved and the chemical cleaning efficiency is high;

Small footprint: The average hydraulic retention time of membrane tank is less than 1.2h;

Long service life: Due to the membrane producing technology of fiber reinforced composite, the tensile strength of the membrane is more than 200N and the life is more than 5 years.
